Pathways to Allyship
We are a peer community for DEI practitioners and culture champions who work to build thriving workplace cultures.
Who We Serve
- Are you a culture change leader or DEI professional looking to deepen relationships with your peers?
- Are you seeking new ideas for working in this time of complex change?
- Would you like to be part of a peer community dedicated to mutual support and best practices?
Our monthly events, co-facilitated by Dan Mahle and Lesley Curtis, foster connection and help culture change professionals feel supported and inspired. It takes courage and community to lead this important work in a time of complex change. Our interactive virtual workshop focuses on EQ skill-building and emergent group learning in service to deepening the impact we make with our clients every day. Our research-based approach is both informational and highly engaging, with an emphasis on building relationships and learning together in community.
If you are new to our community, please sign up for our introductory workshop on the 2nd Thursday of every month. Follow us on EventBrite to learn more.
If you have attended one of our events and would like to deepen your connection with the community by focusing on theme-based learning, please sign up for our monthy events on the 4th Thursday of every month.
We have created an online community for culture change champions. Be the first to know about our monthly event opportunities, meet like-minded others, and share best practices. Learn more at PathwaysToAllyship.com.
