Then let’s chat. Together with coaches and mental health professionals, Sagely has created a neuro-narrative approach to coaching that helps clients engage more effectively. Story and healing are intimately connected. We lead best by developing a strong capacity for self-reflection and presence so that we can rewrite our story with intention. I help you ask for what you need, resolve the old beliefs that stand in the way of your goals, and engage more fully as a compassionate connector and leader.

My clients are often experts supporting an organization through change. They have had to work very hard to gain a lot of knowledge to do what they do, but they also feel depleted by the rigid structures in which they try to make change. Sagely’s method offers safe passage to a way of being that is still high-achieving without being self-destructive. This is how we build a culture of allyship. Effective leadership that truly benefits others radiates out from how you engage with the world.

Previous and current clients include professors, researchers, startup founders, DEI directors, executive directors, and healthcare providers. Their common interests are challenging racism, sexism, perfectionism, working with imposter syndrome, and creating a better, more supportive culture by building their capacity for compassionate presence.

About Cost

My rate varies depending on a client’s stage in their career and their particular needs. Meetings can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly and I recommend a package of 6-12 sessions for continuity.
