LEADERSHIP COACHING

We guide directors, CEOs, and other leaders on their journey by envisioning and creating an effective space of action. This means identifying patterns, stories, and blocks so that you feel resourced and strengthened in your connection to others. COMPANY AND ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT

We conduct confidential interviews to assess your company’s culture, discover your strengths, and identify areas for improvement. Our assessments begin the process of transformation by discovering the goals and challenges of individual community members. We then offer customized recommendations for improvement based on what we’ve learned.

UNIVERSITY AND ACADEMIC ASSESSMENT

We specialize in working with academics and institutions of higher education. Our approach focuses on and prioritizes the personal aspects of our lives, often unnamed in intellectual work. By acknowledging the power of our personal experiences and motivations, we begin the process of creating a supportive, humanizing work environment that values the individual and the intellectual together.

TALKS AND WORKSHOPS

We meet with leaders and organizations to talk about culture change. Topics that we cover include neurobiology and racism, culture patterns and change, trauma transformation, working with high achievers and imposter syndrome, and promoting healing through self awareness. Our founder, Lesley Curtis, is available for talks and we also create small group facilitated workshops. Virtual and in-person available.

PROMOTING CULTURE CHANGE

In today’s society, many CEOs and directors are taking a stand on complex issues in order to support their employees and the larger culture. This is a new experience for many and requires thought, guidance, and support for the work to be truly effective. We work specifically with CEOs who are establishing policies that support LGBTQ rights, bodily autonomy, antiracism, equity, and more.
