Neuro-narrative Coaching
We guide directors, CEOs, and other leaders on their DEI journey by envisioning and creating an effective space of action. This means identifying patterns, stories, and blocks so that you feel resourced and strengthened in your connection to others. By working with us, leaders increasingly become a source of wisdom, care, and calm in their workplace and, more generally, in the lives of others. To learn more about working with Lesley, click here.

Capacity Building
We use our neuro-narrative method with organizations to build their internal capacity to support an inclusive culture. This involves creating a network of internal champions who understand their own strength and feel empowered to make change. This network then functions as a firm foundation for all future inclusion efforts. Our partnership gives you the capacity to foster and maintain a thriving culture long after our work together is complete.
-
Inclusive Group Programs
In order to foster an inclusive culture, we have to experience one. Sagely creates both cross-institutional and organizational programs using small group cohorts as our foundation. Our facilitated groups give participants the chance to learn about the neuroscience behind inclusion and to practice responding with compassion that invites innovation. Participants finish our work together with both factual knowledge and a felt sense of the culture they are working to foster.
-
Leadership Planning and Support
We work with key leaders to create the framework for a centralized and thorough culture change program. Our initial plan begins with 20-30 hours of support and evolves according to your needs. We help you spot themes, identify patterns, and envision solutions. You benefit from our bird's eye perspective and, most importantly, you know and feel that you are not alone in the process. We determine together where to focus your efforts, what you can accomplish internally, and where external help is most effective.
-
Talks and Workshops
We meet with leaders and organizations to talk about healing and inclusion. Topics that we cover include the neuroscience of emotional processing, culture patterns and narrative, trauma-informed DEI, working with high achievers and imposter syndrome, and sharing information about historical traumas in healing and productive ways. We also create small group facilitated workshops. Virtual and in-person available.

Reflective Employee Spaces
We create group programs and events that foster connection. Employees feel more supported because they clearly see what is impacting their experience and they do not feel alone in seeking resolution. Our groups are tailored to the needs of each organization we work with. They meet regularly and respond to the needs of the participants. Our facilitated experiences give employees a sense of connection that differs from what they have known work to be. This gives them a chance to envision greater and contribute more fully.
Heritage Sector Services
We work with a variety of institutions, including universities, colleges, nonprofits, and startups. These services are designed for organizations in the heritage sector and can also be applied broadly to any group seeking trauma-informed inclusive change.
Educational Workshops
We cover topics such as:
What is trauma-informed practice?
How is it relevant to museum spaces?
How can we be sensitive and responsive to audience needs, especially around work or histories that some people may experience as explicit, challenging, or sensitive?
Support for Educational Programming
We combine our expertise in coaching and trauma-informed pedagogy to support museums as they build educational experiences. We help you communicate information in a non-activating way; create experiences that allow for processing rather than activation; and prepare employees to support visitors in a trauma-informed way.
Systems Mapping
We combine micro and macro methodologies to build systems maps for heritage institutions that act as a visual compass, illuminating the institutions current realities. Seeing data visualized in this way helps to create more intentional and sustainable organizational change. Alongside mapping the systems of your organization, we build capacity within the institution for transformation.
