About your guide…
Lesley holds a doctorate from Duke University, where her research explored the connection between narrative, systems, and how people navigate change. She has taught leadership and innovation at the UNC Graduate School and worked with executives, founders, educators, and leaders across sectors.
What her clients consistently describe is the experience of being genuinely seen. Her method involves experience-based learning that allows people to see their situation with a clarity they couldn’t access before.
