Exploring Systemic Thinking for Joyful Coexistence

Experience Yourself without Limits

As a leader, it is important to practice the skill of me/not me in order to avoid burnout and gain clarity. To do this, the first step is to see that we sense far more than surface level factors and sometimes we respond to them without realizing it. The second step is to identify what belongs to us so that we are not overstimulated or carried away by our strong sensing of powerful emotions that we cannot fix. This group focuses on a third step to this process: knowing oneself to be limitless.

Once we have a basic understanding of what belongs to us and what does not, we can start to work deliberately with the network of human connection that we see before us. This group will spend four sessions learning about systemic thinking, exploring what we can know and sense about the networks around us, and diving into a concept I call subtle activism. Subtle activism is about creating better conditions in our own life as a model for others: knowing that how we respond in the moment is the most powerful catalyst of change. In a world seemingly obsessed with boundaries, creating them and ruthlessly enforcing them, what does it feel like to bravely experience ourselves as boundary-less, without limits?

Join me as we answer this question together on four Mondays in November and December.

This group will meet four times at noon ET: November 17, December 1, 8, and 15. Private recordings will be available for those who have to miss a session. Optional readings will be available every week with opportunities for reflection and feedback. Signup is below.
