Executive Leadership for Social Change
An Exclusive Mentorship Opportunity to Increase Your Impact
Create an impact that benefits others without burnout.
We all want to make an impact. We want to know that where we are investing our time and energy is worthwhile. Sometimes, old ideas about needing to sacrifice too much, not being good enough, or things being too damaged stand in our way. We feel like the cavern between what we want to change and what can be changed is too wide.
The truth is, no matter how challenging the circumstances, change is possible, we can make an impact, and even just one calm, centered leader can make a difference. This is what I help individuals do: work relationally to create innovative solutions.
I’m Lesley Curtis, a guide, scholar, and educator. Over the past decade, I’ve developed a transformative method for guiding people who want to make significant change in the world. These are people who want to end discrimination, tackle intergenerational poverty, fix the gender pay gap, improve healthcare, and support environmental healing. Everyone I work with has lofty goals for a better world. Together, we bring them to life.
My facilitation method works because it is based in the neuroscience of trauma healing and integrates insights from the world's wisdom traditions. I teach you to use your ability to be a compassionate witness to yourself as a guide for bringing positive transformation to others. This process of metacognition helps you form new connections and make more conscious decisions about your own actions. After working together, you’ll see people, events, and ideas as fundamentally interrelated, noticing expertly how to weave and reweave elements to create new collaborations.
I help you unravel old connections that keep you stuck in cycles that are no longer useful. I help you see far beyond your own experience to understand the influence of historical meanings as well. And, I help you clearly see the belief associated with an emotion so that you can choose confidently not to engage with it as if it is true. You learn to create lasting, sustainable shifts that change your life for the better and therefore support those around you. You don’t have to change the whole world, just the way you respond to it. When you do this, you change the world.
Our own belief in isolation and disconnection is what keeps us stuck. I’ll guide you to a profound sense of connection with your highest talents and deepest purpose so that your impact feels clear, strong, and transformative.

About the Facilitator
Lesley Curtis (she/her) is the co-owner and founder of Sagely. She holds a doctorate from Duke University, where she focused on storytelling and abolitionist movements. Today, she is a consultant and educator, using compassionate witnessing to resolve current habits and intergenerational patterns. She teaches a method of self-regulation that encourages witnessing through a trauma-informed lens.
In her work with transformational leaders, Lesley invites clients to identify their individual door of entry to trust-building work, helping others become a calm in the storm necessary in tumultuous times. Our deepest wounds, when shown love, become our biggest reservoirs for compassion. Compassion expands our capacity to hear what's necessary to create the conditions for change.
