Antiracism Coaching and Allyship Consulting

Antiracism Training and Allyship Workshops

During our allyship workshops, we focus on EQ skill-building and emergent group learning in service to deepening the impact we make with clients and coworkers every day. Our research-based approach is both informational and highly engaging, with an emphasis on building relationships and learning together in community.

Our antiracism trainings are customized based on client need and include the following steps.

Recognize: Learn how to recognize racism in statements and interactions.

Reorient: Learn how to effectively reorient a conversation and acknowledge racist and otherwise hurtful statements in order to achieve a productive interaction.

Relate: Learn strategies for effectively repairing relationships that have been damaged by racism.
